REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Before any player can take the field this season, you MUST complete the Registration Form & if you are a NEW player to the club you are required to provide the following:

• Medicare details
• Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport - Club Official must also sight the original or certified copy

Without this information, you will not be allowed to play as this is a component of Registration as per the St George Junior League regulations.

Completed Registration Forms can be handed in at the Canteen inside Bexley Oval every Tuesday & Thursday nights prior to or following your training session.  Registration Forms can be downloaded by clicking on the below links, via your team Manager or from the Canteen.

• If you're new to Hurstville United where this is your first year with the club, click here
• You are also required to complete a Clearance Form if you are transferring to Hurstville United from another club, please click here
• If you are transferring to Hurstville United from a New Zealand Rugby League club, you are also required to complete their Clearance Form click here

If you are a Mini or Mod player transferring to Hurstville United from another club, please pop into the Canteen to complete the Clearance Form.

Registration Fees:

Should you require assistance with this, speak to your Team Manager who can then relay this to the Committee on your behalf.  You could also make your way to the canteen to discuss the matter further with the Club Treasurer Michelle Halbouni or any other Committee Member.  The Registration Fees structure will be published once confirmed.
